Why are you charging the same amount for sisters?
It is a professional service and strictly Islamic and only fair both sides pay the same amount as marriage is an equal struggle.
Is there a limit on how many brothers you can meet?
There is no limit, but this is a serious service and we advise you to look through profiles very carefully for your ideal or closest match to avoid having to meet many brothers, instead of selecting random people to contact.
Do you accept credit card payments?
No. Unfortunately we can only accept cash or cheques at the moment.
Can I request a photo before meeting him?
Yes.
I put on my profile only interested in converts but I saw a profile of a brother who is not a convert, can I still alert him?
You may do so, however it is best to list all your preferences beforehand as the brothers will be looking and acting according to them.
I’ve seen a profile of a brother that I really like, but he is looking for an Arab only and I am not an Arab can I still alert him?
You can, however, as he has clearly stated he is looking for an Arab he may not respond to you. To avoid wasting time it's best to list all your preferences clearly, as we will be going with whatever is written in the profiles, so you must be specific to what you are open to.
If I see a profile of a brother who I think is great for a friend of mine, can I pass on his details to her, even though she is not a member?
No, they will need to register as each member needs to sign a legal declaration to state that the information on their profile is true data to avoid any problems.
How can you tell what they have written is true?
They have signed the declaration that their data is true, so we are trusting it is. We can't find out if all their data is true, so it is compulsory to sign the disclaimer, as we do not want to bear the consequences for any who are dishonest.
Can you enquire about their families?
No, this is a job for your families to do.
Do you do medical examinations?
We do recommend that you take one to ensure compatibility, but we do not do them ourselves, however we do have a qualified nurse on our team who will be able to advise you on this.
Can I give a brother my own number to get to know him first before letting my wali know or giving my wali’s number first?
No, we are trying to avoid this as much as possible to ensure it’s as Islamic as possible to avoid problems and fitna. We can only pass on a sisters email as a last resort if he cannot contact anyone else.
I wish to get married but do not want my parents to know that I am using a service, what should I do?
It is best that you let them know as the brother will need to contact your wali. There is nothing wrong in going about looking for a spouse in this way as we ensure the protection of sisters and brothers registered with us and do not expose them. It is a private and confidential service.
Once you are on the database will you be on it until you decide to withdraw or does it have a time span?
The membership lasts for 1 year. If you wish to renew your membership there is a fee to be paid, unless sisters opt for the 6 month option.

I don’t want to contact the wali, what other options do I have?
You may only contact the wali in this service, if you do not wish to, then we do not recommend this service to you.
What can you do for those who can’t afford to pay for the service?
Unfortunately it is a fixed registration fee.
How many sisters can I meet and contact?
There is no limit, however we advice that you do not keep your options open too much to avoid confusion and delays. Always search for the profile closest to what you are looking for instead of opting to meet many sisters.
My sister knows what kind of sister I would like, can she meet her before I do?
Yes
I really like the sister and her family but my parents don’t, can I speak to an Imam about this?
Yes. However, and unfortunately there isn’t much they can do. It is a matter for you and your parents to sort out. However, you could arrange a meeting with the Imam for your parents to discuss the issues they have with that particular person and receive advice from an Islamic point of view.
Can I get a refund if I don’t find anyone I like?
No, we do not have a refund policy.
Why are you charging £100?

I want to marry ASAP. How long will it take to find someone?
This is in Allah's hands at the end of the day, we cannot tell. This is why we give you a year membership so you have enough time inshallah.
How many profiles will there be?
We have over 400 profiles at the moment alhamdulilah.
How secure are my details?
Very secure. No personal details are given to anyone without your permission.
What info will be visible to the other party?
Just the profile form you fill out.
Can I give a false name to protect my identity?
No. ID is checked at the time of registration and all profiles are anonymous.
I have recently come out of prison, was arrested on suspicion that I had terrorist connections and now wish to get my life back on track and get married. Can I still fill in a form?
Yes
I have a criminal record from my past, but am on the right track now alhamdulilah. Can I fill in a form without having to mention it?
You can fill out a form, but we advise you to mention it in the additional comments section to avoid future problems if it has an affect on your life.
